2. Description of Service

Contraveil AI provides an AI-powered photo restoration service that allows users to upload, enhance, and restore photographs. The Service includes photo repair, color correction, quality enhancement, and related features.

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. The features available to you depend on your subscription level.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload photos containing illegal content, including but not limited to child exploitation material
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal use
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Upload malware or malicious code

5. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all photos you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the restoration service.

We do not use your photos to train our AI models. Uploaded photos are processed and automatically deleted from our servers after restoration is complete, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload the photos you submit to our Service.

6. Subscription & Payments

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Credits do not carry over between billing periods
• We offer a 7-day free trial on paid plans; you may cancel anytime during the trial at no charge
• Refunds are issued at our discretion, typically for technical failures on our end

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.

8. Intellectual Property

The Contraveil AI platform, including its AI models, interface, design, and all related technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific restoration results, as outcomes vary depending on the condition and quality of the original photo.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contraveil AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Contraveil AI is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
