Photos You Upload

We process photos you upload solely to provide the restoration service. Photos are temporarily stored during processing and automatically deleted from our servers after your restoration is complete. We never use your photos to train our AI or share them with third parties.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your full credit card numbers on our servers. We only receive billing information such as the last four digits of your card and billing address.

Usage Data

We collect anonymized usage data such as the number of photos processed, features used, and general usage patterns to improve the Service. This data cannot be used to identify you.

3. Photo Data & Retention

This is especially important to us given the personal nature of the photos you trust us with:

Original uploaded photos are deleted after restoration is complete (typically within hours)
Restored photos in your download history are stored until you delete them or close your account
We use AES-256 encryption for all photo storage and transmission
Our staff do not access your photos except in limited cases to resolve technical issues, with your consent
We never use your photos to train our AI models

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

Keep you logged in to your account
Remember your preferences
Analyze how the Service is used (via anonymized analytics)

Vercel — Hosting and infrastructure. Data is stored in secure data centers.
Resend / Email provider — Transactional email delivery.

These providers only receive data necessary to perform their specific functions. They are contractually bound to protect your data.
